Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility

xbetwin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, minus any amounts already withdrawn.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on xbetwin. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your contact details change, you must update them in your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. xbetwin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact xbetwin support immediately. xbetwin is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

xbetwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently supported. xbetwin does not accept cash, bank transfers, or international payment cards at this time.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though xbetwin reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where required for compliance or security reasons. Deposits are credited to your xbetwin account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed within an average of 4 hours from the time the request is submitted. • Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless support approves an alternative.

• Funds deposited in error cannot be reversed once a bet has been placed using those funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

xbetwin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out here. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the Offers / Promotions page and in any communication relating to that bonus. All games on xbetwin contribute 100% toward bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions, or manually by support where stated.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.

• If xbetwin determines that a player is abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — all bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

Gameplay Rules

All games on xbetwin are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) for slot games and provably fair algorithms for crash games. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot game is published on the individual game page. xbetwin does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any individual spin, round, or bet.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbetwin. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in legal action or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials.
• Engaging in money laundering or using xbetwin to process funds derived from illegal activity.

11. Account Termination

You may close your xbetwin account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account.

xbetwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• At xbetwin's discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or its players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. xbetwin will provide written notice of the reason for closure where legally required to do so.
